SME specialise in Business Rates for Small to Medium Enterprises.
SME has been created by a team of experienced surveyors who previously worked for corporate, multinational property firms. SME is a smaller company (like their clients), so provide a bespoke and personal approach, but with the knowledge and expertise of a large corporate company.

Business Rates Advisory
SME is results driven. If we don’t deliver results, we won’t charge you. Simple as that. If we are successful in securing a rebate, we charge you a percentage of the initial savings. This is a one off payment. Many larger companies bill you for a percentage of the initial rebate, as well as your future savings. Many larger companies also lock you into a year on year contract, for multiple rating lists. We do not.
